I didn't take a lot of pictures by the sea, and the few I did take spent what felt like forever in the film lab. The time there already feels so distant, even though it was only a couple of weeks ago. But looking at these pictures brings it all back: the sun-warmed rock against my back, the gentle waves lapping at my feet, the soft sea breeze, salt on my lips and in my hair, the scent of sun-dried wild herbs. Everything felt like a soft, warm embrace.
