*Mini forest trip

At the end of last month we spent three days in the woods. I was thrilled to spot one of my favorite flowers – the alpine snowbell. It's such a delicate bellflower species! I could look at it all day! The forest was so peaceful, we were completely undisturbed as the weather was not stable enough to lure people out of their homes.

*cherry blossom season

When the cherry trees where still blooming Sunny and I had some quality time in the warm spring afternoon sun. After that it started raining and it did not really stop until now. We finally had some rainy weeks, I can not even remember that we had such continuing rain since we moved here, not extreme, but every day more or less and nature is visibly sighing with relief. I feel very grateful! Sure, I would like to go swimming as usual at this time of the year, but this is more important. We still had even minus degrees in the nights. I was not really able to do much in the garden beds and greenhouse, but I am glad I sowed everything before the rain came.

*Easter decoration

For this years Easter decoration I used twigs of wild cherries, because they just started to bloom and fitted to my old wooden ornaments. Easter was late this year, but very nice, because of how far nature already was. We visited my family and had a good time at the Danube.
