Recently, I woke up again to the sounds of the deer, so I thought I’d take a look at the latest wild camera pics – and here are some of them for you! It’s always so funny to see what’s going on in the garden in the middle of the night. No foxes or martens at the moment, but plenty of rabbits, deer, and cats.

First of all, welcome in May!

It has been a while and to be honest, I don't know where all those days have gone! Temperatures here are still not as warm as usual at this time of the year, we still having to heat the stove and because of the cold nights, the plants are growing rather slow, but everything looks so lush and green right now, it is a wonderful time of the year nevertheless! I thought I share with you some recent wild cam pictures:  those are the animals that are regularly visiting our garden: foxes, rabbits, pheasants, neighbor cats, martens, hedgehogs and deers. A nice variety of wildlife!

I finished reading "Once Upon a River" by Diane Setterfield and I truly loved it, I got completely absorbed by her story and admire her writing talent! What was the most recent favorite book? Or do you have a book on your reading list that you absolutely want to read this summer?

Oh, it's been so long that I have shown you pictures from my wild cam! I'm still loving to see what is going on in our garden at night! We are having more rabbits again and the martens are actually living in our roof and are keeping us awake at night, they are really loud and even in broad daylight when I work in the greenhouse, their babies are making the weirdest noises! We were always curious about what actually goes on in our garden at night, because we often hear the strangest noises and sounds. For my birthday, my father gifted me a wildlife camera, and since then we’ve been able to capture some of those nighttime visitors on camera!
