Rum truffles

• 200g dark chocolate

• 50g soft butter

• 3 tbsp cocoa powder

• 6 tbsp rum (optional)

• coconut flakes

• some ground almonds (optional)

Chop the dark chocolate and melt it over a double boiler. Let it cool briefly, then stir in the butter, cocoa powder, and rum. (I also added some ground almonds.) Chill the mixture in the fridge until it is firm enough to shape into balls. Roll the balls in coconut flakes and chill again.
