*Winter, I'm ready for you

All those fall shades, 

the silence of the early mornings,

contemplation,

the friendly nature beings,

the walks with you and you,

the many fallen leaves,

all those subtle feelings,

and that strong pain,

burning like a fire through my heart,

have all been part of you:

Novemer.

And the first snow

has been falling so gently,

like the feathers of a bird.

More snow came, 

to cover the world with beauty.

Dear Winter,

I think I'm ready for you now.
