*Drying herbs

Drying herbs for winter.
For those interested:
I cut them with scissors, because I find it easier than using a knife. I dry them in the oven at 50 degrees, leaving the oven door slightly opened, so that the moisture can escape. Every now and then, I turn the herbs while drying until I feel they feel ready. Then I let them cool down and store them in jars. It's so easy and practical – you don't have to buy all those herbs later in the year!

I like this tip. I air dry some of mine like peppermint, sage, basil, lemon thymes, etc.
Those green onions look delicious.
