*wild poppy

Isn't that wild poppy field amazing with a row of cornflowers on the side.
I even found one pink corn flower, haven't seen it before!

Those fields. We have similar ones in this part of France: especially in the higher Alps they are amazingly beautiful.
@jabbott: on Creativebug there is a nice daily challenge on painting flowers right now, with Yoa Cheng ...

Oh my goodness, how beautiful! These are favorites of mine. We have beautiful wildflower fields here, but to step in the middle of them would be torment afterwards. There are unseen berry bugs in the prairie fields which cause severe rash, itching for like hell. You are fortunate to be in the middle of this glorious poppy and cornflower land. :)

@jabbott: Yes, they are also one of my favorite thing to paint!

@cococita: You have to show me some pictures if possible! Would love to see them!

@Sandra: For me also! Oh, we have a lot of unpleasant bugs here as well. Lots of ticks and horse flies this year and some other kind of creepy insects, where I don't know what they are, that bite and burn. Wild life. But the creepiest is the poison that farmers use here, all the pesticides you come in contact with when you walk around.
