*Drying herbs

Drying herbs for winter.
For those who are interested:
I cut them with scissors, because I find it easier than with a knife.
And I dry them in the baking oven at 50 degrees and leave the oven door a little gap opened, so that the damp can escape. Every now and then I turn the herbs while drying until I feel they are ready. I let them cool down and put them in jars. So easy, but so practically when you don't have to buy all those herbs in the shops later in the year.

Have a good weekend!

I like this tip. I air dry some of mine like peppermint, sage, basil, lemon thymes, etc.
Those green onions look delicious.
