Elvis & Falco

In case you get bored of all my leaf stamps, here is something different. Elvis & Falco. You probably all know Elvis, but do you also know Falco? This question goes especially to the not german speaking countries.

Your carving is getting so much better each time I see new stamps!

I've indeed been very busy lately and I don't want to rush my posts, so I'm taking it a bit easy for now. I think I need this small break. :)

I know Falco! Okay, I'm german. ;)

Yes, I remember Falco from the 80's, Amadeus, Amadeus... it's funny how random things just stick to your brain. I was a Joy Division-girl... I wonder if anyone remembers them?

No knowledge of Falco here in the upper midwestern US. I was describing to a girl in Holland on a train where I am from and I mentioned the famous football team in my hometown (they won the Super Bowl) and she had never heard of them. I was so surprised! It was kind of comforting, in a strange way... (she was very nice and helpful, too!) Coco, you lived in Memphis?? That reminds me, I think one of Japan's leaders was a big Elvis fan and sang at Graceland.

@Anna: Falco was a famous Austrian musician (born in Vienna) with a let me say very unique style. He was called "the first white rapper" and was one of the rare Austrian musicians that was even in the charts in America.
