Experiment

Lotte was so kind to include me in her little experiment! She sent me some cuttings of her plants by post. First they were a bit flat but after putting them in water they developed really fast and today I already can see some tiny roots! So, it was a full success! Thank you, Lotte!

Love that it's possible to send small branches of plants by post and get them to grow roots in a bit of water! Would love to try that out sometimes. Do you know which plants are suitable for this treatment?

Unglaublich! Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass die Pflänzchen so robust sind! Einfach toll, bin gespannt, wie sie wachsen! Liebe Grüße und einen schönen Sonntag!

@Sanne: oh, there are many plants where this is possible. For example: Epipremnum pinnatum, Ficus pumila, Hedera helix, Philodendron scandens, Iresine herbstii, Muehlenbeckia complexa, Scindapsus pictus, Tradescantia fluminensis, Tradescantia pallida, Zebrina pendula, Zebrina purpusii. Just google it to see the pictures. And if you need an expert, you can ask Lotte from the blog http://bellefleurdelis.blogspot.com/ - she is great with plants :)
